Let's talk trendy, edgy and always innovative when it comes to color and dying.  I'm talking about Renee, the owner and dyer of Spun Right Round.   She opened her Etsy shop in 2009, knitting, spinning and dyeing became a full-time job when she open her brick and mortar shop in 2011.  Spun Right round has a 'shoot from the hip' kind of style, specializing in vibrant colors.  2014 has been a big year for Renee when she actually closed her LYS and is now focused on working strictly from her studio writing patterns and dyeing.  She is so appreciative of all her customers and knows that she could not do what she does without them.  I just had to put a picture of her in the post, she is so adorable!
Now to the yarn!!!

Superwash Sock 80/20

Fingering / 4 ply
400 yards/100 grams
US 1 - 3 or 2.25 - 3.25mm
80% Merino /20% Nylon
This featured skein is her famous Graffiti colorway.
Each time that she dyes up this color it is unique to that dye lot as you can imagine, each batch is slightly different with color, patterning, and how the yarn takes the dye.  I personally think this is a great design feature, even if everyone went and bought a skein of Graffiti today, none of them would be exactly alike.  Such a fun concept in her dyeing.
This also makes for some fantastic project pictures on the Ravelry links.

Her sock base ((80/20) is VERY soft and has a great bounce to it.  We all know that tighter the twist the more stitch definition you will see and the longer a pair of socks will tend to last.  I have been enjoying knitting this yarn and the feel of how it is working up.  I find myself stopping every so often and just watching how the color is painting up as I knit it.  Its not the same as knitting a self-striping sock, because you know the next color sequence.  This is an ever changing colored yarn that is just fantastic when knit up!!!

Not only does Renee have amazing yarn she also carries fiber.  Color is her specialty and you all should really consider a purchase from her shop.  I feel totally comfortable looking at colors from her shop that I would never buy other wise.  She matches colors with coordinating shades and then wham...mixes it up with something from the other side of the spectrum.  I love it!!!

Thank you again Renee for your color and style in your yarn!!!
