Happy Monday Readers!!!  For all of you in the United States, I hope you enjoyed your Independence Day and had a chance to thank a soldier for protecting the freedom of our country.
Review 1 of 2
Today I have such a fun little kit to share with you.  It can be used as a kit or it is perfect for 'Odds and Ends' projects.  Sarah is the dyer and owner of knittyandcolor.  She has done such a great job packaging this fun little kit.  She has included a scarf pattern that she designed her self called 'Scrappy Scarf-a-Roo'.  It is a way to use up all your little bits of left over sock yarns.  Come on...who does not have a hand full of those laying around.
knittyandcolor also specializes in hand dyed fibers.  She has a variety of fibers including Falkland and Merino blends that are just stunning with her choices of colors.  For those of you who are spinners and are getting geared up for Tour De Fleece, you should consider treating yourself to some of her fibers.
These little beauties are a rainbow of color!  I love that none are alike and that they are each unique in one way or another.  Some have sparkle and some have striping patterns.  The fun part is attaching the next skein and seeing how it knits up!
It seams to be all the rage right now to have some kind of sock yarn left over blanket on the needles.  Always adding small pieces as you go and watching as it grows and takes shape.  These mini's are perfect for such a project.  Do you have any swaps coming up that you would like to include a mini skein kit into?  Great idea for a friend who has it all...we all have a knitting friend like that.

I love the combination of Merino and Tencel it would be fabulous in the Riptide colorway. These mini skeins remind me of a bowl of Licorice Allsorts.

I'm not a spinner, so I'd probably have to go for the mini-skein set of what's in her shop now. Although the Electric Sunset colorway on the merino silk roving is just my colors, and I do have a good friend who's a spinner. I could maybe twist her arm into spinning it for me...
