Hello all my fantastic Readers.  I am over the moon excited about the review that I have for you today.  This review has been in the works for several months now and is one of the biggest giveaways I have done in quite some time if not the biggest!!  With that said, don't forget to tell your friends about the blog and the Ravelry Group so that they too might have the chance at winning this amazing kit.  Well...I've gone and done it, YES ITS A KIT REVIEW!!!!!!

Hasmi is the amazing woman behind the Raventwist yarn company.  She is brilliant with her collaborations and the pairing of just the right elements when putting together a LIMITED EDITION once a year KIT!  The kit is called "Star Maiden" and its a shawl pattern.  The shawl pattern is by Michelle Miller and this is the second collaborative kit they have come out with.  Each kit has a theme that depicts the yarn, color and accessories that are included.  This years themes are "The Great North West" & "American Southwest."

Now that I have dangled the carrot in front of your nose long enough, let me share with you;

"Star Maiden"

I am so thrilled to be sharing this kit with you all and if I had the money, I would treat you all to a kit....it's really that amazing.  I had the chance to knit up the shawl pattern and would love to show you.  It was a fun and relaxing knit.  Not to complicated at all and it was such a joy to work with such vibrant colors of fantastic yarn.

Such detail and elegance is in this shawl you will want to knit up more than one.  Between the combination of the stunning yarns and the pattern, you will be very pleased if you are one of the lucky few who get your hands on one of the 50 kits that they put out!!!

Please, everyone make sure that you take the time to go over to the website and see all the amazing things they have to offer!!!

I'd have to just go with two skeins of Spider Woman. It looks like such a gorgeous colorway! :)
