Good afternoon 'Readers', I hope you all had a great Easter weekend! We were treated to a 78 degree day and spent the majority of it outside...wonderful!
This weeks review is brought to you by Sabrina. "'I design, crochet, knit, spin, and dye. I love the whole process. I have had my own business selling fiber goods since 2001. I design most of my own patterns, and am working on getting them into print. I currently have fingerless gloves, hats, bags, and shawls in print. You can find my yarns and fibers in over 120 LYS, check out Anzula.com for more details."

She has so graciously shared with us this week her sock base.
Squishy
80% Superwash Merino, 10% Cashmere, 10% Nylon

The twist on this yarn makes it perfect for a multiple range of projects, from socks to shawls and anything in between. The fiber, being that it contains cashmere, is so soft that it can be right next to the skin and really be enjoyed. It was also fun to knit with, such yarns make a knit enjoyable. It also makes you want to get a few more skeins to have on hand!!
She has a wide range of colors that are ranging from dark and rich to light and radiant. I think this yarn will be a staple in the stash for sure.
Sabrina is in over 100 LYS for your convenience. If your not finding her yarn close to you, make sure you have your LYS contact her and get her yarns in your shop today!!! That way you and your knitting friends can enjoy her fibers as well.
Anzula Luxury Fibers receive a 5 Needle Review Rating!
Thank you again for your amazing Yarn!

I have been wanting to try this yarn forever -- delighted with the review. I would knit my very first shawl. Any suggestions? Thanks for the giveaway
I am keshaevans on ravelry; keshaevans[at]outlook[dot]com
I would love to knit Fireflies Rising Shawlette by Helen Stewart with this lovely wool. Hope I win !
I would love to knit a two color cowl or shawl, possibly the Fooloproof. Thanks for the fun giveaway!
A shawl or cowl
I want to try making a beanie hat
my first thought was a pair of socks... but there are several Stuffie patterns I have been stalking and I would love this to be a little monster sitting on my desk watching me as I work ..
Some day, I'll make another pair of socks. But now, whenever I see sock yarn, I think of making toys! I would probably do Susan B. Anderson's Sock Yarn Bunny ( http://www.ravelry.com/patterns/library/opal-sock-yarn-bunny ) with this!
I would love to make another Piper's Journey. I think that yarn would look beautiful in that pattern. (knitful on ravelry)
How beautiful is that colourway! I think a nice pair of socks would be in order for me but of course that could change at any time. LOL!!
Thanks for a great giveaway!
Okay, I feel like having won last week's lovely silk/merino yarn, I really shouldn't enter this week. But Anzula is one of my favorite dyers. They did a trunkshow at my LYS (Stash in Corvallis, OR) a month or two ago and I had to special order some of their Breeze silk/linen yarn in teal to make myself a summer top. If I won this Squishy I think it would have to become a lovely textured cowl.
a shawlette for sure!
I would probably make a cowl since they're one of my favorite things to make and it's been a while since I made one. The weather may be warming up, but I still like to make cowls!
I was just thinking about starting another Piper's Journey and this yarn would be perfect. This is my first time on HPSR and I will definitely come back, again and again. Love to read the reviews as I am a yarn addict. How fun to have a chance to win a giveaway, too!

I would make a beautiful pair of socks and probably use my go to pattern, Classic Socks by Melinda Goodfellow.

A long shawl - probably a mix of garter stitch body and a couple inches of lace edging.
